How long will my order take?

As we are still establishing ourselves, orders may take roughly 10 business days. You will also receive updates and a tracking code when your package is out for delivery with our courier partners.

Who do you ship with?

We currently make use of Aramex to bring your orders, to you.

What is your return policy?

Not completely satisfied with your order? At Hooked, we are dedicated to making every client happy.

In saying this we will not be accepting returns on any sizing mistakes. However, if we missed a factory fault, we will be more than happy to exchange the product for you.

Kindly contact us and we will arrange for the product to be picked up and as soon as we have received it, we’ll be in contact with you to arrange the shipment of your new order.

Are there new designs planned for the future?

Absolutely! We are hoping to launch the 2025 collections as soon as we can and will be releasing new designs throughout the year. We are constantly exploring new ideas, new designs and new products to provide you with exciting new gear.

What size should I go for?

As we have been testing and trialing, we have discovered that sizes align to general shirt sizing in South Africa.

Can I customize my order?

While we currently do not offer customization for our products, we are always looking for ways to enhance our offerings. If you have specific requests or ideas, please reach out to us, and we’ll see what we can do!
